Clients

Clients The Allbase Suite is designed with your client relations first and foremost in mind. The system makes it easy to enter and track every piece of information on your clients and prospects. From contact history to purchase preferences, the Allbase Suite provides all of the tools needed for a successful CRM system.

When viewing a client in the Allbase Suite, all of their information is accessible from one screen. The main tab shows a breakdown of all contact information, A/R aging and balance, and any custom fields. Further tabs provide a full contact history, a task list, a file repository, inventory information, recurring billing, and more.

Additionally, whenever viewing a client, you can easily browse all past appointments, invoices, quotes, tickets, etc. from one page.

Salespeople, Pricing Level, and Commissions

Each client in the Allbase Suite can be set up with one or more salespeople, allowing for even or uneven commission splits. Whenever a client is associated with a quote or invoice, their commission information and pricing level are automatically applied. For your convenience, commissions and pricing levels can be overridden on a per-item basis.

Log-In Portal

Log-In Portal Allow your clients to serve themselves with the Allbase Suite's secure client log-in portal. This "portal" is a webpage that your clients can log into to view their information, such as appointments, invoices, or order statuses. Clients can also open their own tickets, create tasks, request quotes, and more 24 hour a day from anywhere in the world..

The client log-in portal can be made to look just like the rest of your website. The Allbase Suite contains tools for customizing the HTML to match the rest of your branding. Permissions can be set up on a per-user basis, allowing you to lock things down as tightly as you like.
