Calendar
Like the rest of the Allbase Suite, the calendar features a robust permission system and approval queue. Service contracts are no problem, thanks to recurring appointments. The calendar can easily be synchronized with Microsoft® Outlook®, Exchange®, and a variety of portable devices.
RemindersIn addition to the calendar, the Allbase Suite also features reminders which can be set up on an individual or group basis. These reminders can be entered throughout the system, making it easy for staff to follow up on sales and service.
Snap-Ins
For example, your accounting team will see a summary of invoices pending approval or delivery, your dispatcher will see a summary of recently opened tickets, and your salespeople will see a summary of clients that haven't been contacted recently.
