Scheduling Employees

There's no easier way to schedule your employees than with the Allbase Suite's calendar. Appointments can be scheduled on a per-user or per-group basis, allowing you to easily create events with entire teams.

Different views can be used to filter only the employees you need to scheduled. Convenient views include day-at-a-glance, week-at-a-glance, and month-at-a-glance. The calendar is completely resizable, allowing you to take full advantage of your monitor's real estate.

Scheduling Clients and Tickets

In addition to employees, the calendar can be used to schedule clients and tickets. Keep track of where you're going and what needs to be done at each appointment. Clients can even log in to view their schedules and request appointments.

Scheduling Resources

One of the best uses for the Allbase Suite's calendar is for scheduling common assets, such as conference rooms, vehicles, and other equipment. Easily see what's allocated when and by whom.

Recurring Appointments

Recurring appointments allow you to schedule ongoing events once and be tracked indefinitely. Service agreements, sales meetings, and maintenance plans are a breeze to configure on daily, weekly, monthly, or annual schedules.

Approval

The Allbase Suite features a powerful approval system for managers to stay informed. A queue of pending appointments allow managers to make quick decisions for reschedules, emergency support, and time off. Throughout the system, permissions can be set up on a per-user or per-group basis.

Mapping

Another great feature of the Allbase Suite is the ability to map out appointments and get driving directions from within the system. You can also visualize where your employees are throughout the day, allowing for more efficient service routes and better dispatch.

Time Finder

The included time finder system is ideal for organizing meetings among your team. Simply select one or more employees, enter the number of hours they need together, and a desired date range. The time finder will list all available times for the specified users to meet.

Synchronization

The Allbase Suite Synchronizer makes it easy to take your data with you whereever your work takes you. There's built-in support for Microsoft® Outlook®, Microsoft® Exchange™, and Microsoft® ActiveSync™.

Portable devices, including Palm®, Pocket PCs, and BlackBerry® units are fully supported, allowing you to work with your schedule even when away from a computer.
