Welcome to the first edition of the Allbase Spotlight newsletter! This newsletter will outline important news and deals regarding Allbase products and services.

In this edition:

News: New Allbase Suite pricing and support plans

We are pleased to announce a simplified pricing model for the Allbase Suite and its associated services.

Available immediately, the Allbase Suite is available for a low monthly price with no setup fee. Additionally, the system is now available on a month-to-month basis (no contract required) for added flexibility.

These changes are being offered thanks to breakthroughs in administering the Allbase Suite due to increased popularity amongst small and medium businesses.

In addition to pricing improvements, three enterprise support plans are now available. These packages allow each business to get the individual support they require.

Spotlight On: Files, synchronization, and snapshots

In addition to organizing your CRM, inventory, and accounting, the Allbase Suite is also the perfect tool to store your files.

Public Files allow you to store company-wide data such as marketing materials and spreadsheets. Client Files allow you store information on a per-client basis, such as contracts and configurations. Finally, Personal Files allow employees to store documents specific to their duties.

The Allbase Suite secures all files using industry-standard encryption, including SSL. Files can automatically be synchronized with one or more computers using the Allbase Suite Synchronizer.

Every time a file is changed in the Allbase Suite, a snapshot is taken. These differential snapshots allow you to view each version of the file, allowing for quick and easy recovery if needed.
